Shipping, Returns & Refunds


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Flat rate shipping charges DO NOT apply to international orders. Please allow
7-10 business days for shipping. Most orders are shipped before the 10th business day (includes Saturday shipping days).

In most instances, flat rate shipping will apply for all orders regardless of weight. Please carefully review all shipping options as we will sometimes offer different choices based on distance or weight.

Once the package has been shipped and is in the hands of the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Services (UPS), we are no longer responsible if the package is lost, stolen or shipped to the wrong address. While we will make every attempt to recover a lost/stolen package, we cannot guarantee delivery of your original order. Neero & Ana reserves the right to offer replacements at its discretion.


Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For returns due to your dissatisfaction, the following policies apply:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply if package is returned unopened
  • A 20% retocking fee will be applied if the returned package has been opened and packaging is no longer in a saleable condition
  • A 50% restocking fee will apply if merchandise has been used, damaged or contains visible signs of wear
  • No restocking fee will be applied for merchandise exchanges, provided the package has been unopened and the merchandise has clearly not been used
  • Returns are only accepted for items with a minimum purchase price of $19.99

Refund Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receipt of your retruned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
