Return Policies
Neero & Ana is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. You have 60 days to return your purchase. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.  Simply contact us by email or phone to receive instructions on how to return your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable*
  • A 15% Restocking Fee applies if returned within 14 days of purchase (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear).
  • After 14 days a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $29.99

Shipping Policies

  • Please allow 7-10 days for items to ship
  • Most items ship before 7 days

International Shipping

Additional tax and tarrif rates apply for items shipped out of the United States. Total order transactions will be adjusted accordingly to cover all international shipping costs. The standard shipping and handling charge of $7.49 DOES NOT apply for items shipped overseas.

Shipping to and from Neero & Ana is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
